Well, I don't know you Kevin, but he has contacted me privately. I
can't email the documents; although I do have them copied to CD we're
talking mucho-megabytes because they were scanned at high-resolution.
Those documents will be posted to a website before long (I have
actually had three such offers; I'm waiting to decide which one to
use, and for an address where to send them.)
