In other words, you have no evidence to support your contention that
they knowingly lied, and are rapidly handwaving to cover that lack.
The conundrum I posted is exactly what will be asked in court in the
unlikely instance it gets that far.

Inconsistencies in the record are not indicative of lies without
corroborating evidence.
