Yes, it is a serious question. Note the complete lack of expletives, and
the implication that the poster is actually willing to learn something
new from any replies.

> NO, Apollo One never flew.

True, but not entirely relevant. The Saturn IB that was scheduled for
Apollo 1 was later flown on another Apollo flight.

LaDonna, I've tried, I've really tried, to maintain a civil discourse
with you. At this point, I give up!

Your ignorance of Usenet is large. This doesn't have to be a big thing
(I was even more ignorant than you on my first post), but coupled with
your arrogance, you come off as a fool on a mission. Damn the facts,
full speed ahead! One of your recent posts made it clear you didn't know
what a "killfile" is. Let me introduce you to the concept. Usenet
newsreaders (but not the groups.google.com web site) almost always have
some way of marking a particular poster as not worthy of being read. The
vocabulary varies a bit among newsreaders ("killfile", "bozo bin",
etc.), but in each case, the newsreader will automatically skip any
postings from someone who just isn't worth the time and effort of a
rational discussion.

The sound of someone being added to a killfile:
*-ploink-*
