W's arrogance that it can't happen here caused it. The magnitude of the
attacks and that three out of four planes found their mark, and the one
that failed having nothing to do with W indicates they were not ready at
all. Couple that with the rallying around him that he got in the
aftermath, and the fact that that was used to execute a 1998 PNAC agenda
to attack Iraq; W deserves to be sent back to Texas via the vote of the
American People this fall.
