speaking of that, I saw the Apollo 8 and 11 launch vehicles from a
distance. I saw the Saturn V laying down at Huntsville in the late
80s. I was back at Huntsville early this year, and they have a
full-scale model of a Saturn V erected. Damn the Saturn V is
impressive. Even though I've seen them from a distance and seen the
one on its side close up before, I couldn't get over how impressive a
Saturn V standing up is.
