A web article about Luna-3

I have put together an article about Luna-3 based on Chertok's book, Russian
papers I have found in my files and help from Don P Mitchell.

The idea was to weave together technical facts, radio tracking details and
the dramatic and personal account of Chertok. Since I am not a particularly
talented author and have not had much time to do this, only real enthusiasts
as those found on sci.space.history and elsewhere may find it interesting.
