The things you say here are the result of a diseased imagination.
There is absolutely no requirement of any of it.
There is an argument to be made that any anti-aging serum offered for
general sale should also have incorporated in it some sort of
infertility drug. Such a combination would be useful, if the
infertility drug were as effective as the anti-aging serum. That is,
there will still be deaths due to accidents and so forth. So, any
infertility drug would only supress fertility, not eliminate it, in
order to control human numbers.
Plainly, in a world filled with people whose youth had been restored,
sexual activity (though not childbirth) would be at an all time high!
