That's why I liked the reentry capsule back in the cargo bay.
With luck, we'll stay lucky till they are retired...but there will be a
major squawk when the planned day of retirement nears, as a lot of money
is tied up in keeping the Shuttle flying, and a lot of government and
corporate entities will be loathe to lose that income.
