But didn't you know. NASA was relaxing the safety requirements. I'm sure
someone named Bob H. or something like that was saying that just a week ago!
Seriously, I'm with OM on this. This is the RIGHT move. It wasn't in spec,
something was wrong, they're going to attempt.
Rather than prove it was unsafe they apparently took the prudent approach
and decided if they can't prove it IS safe, to fix it.
