Acrobat reader seems to search fine. It doesn't do quite the same sort
of search as google, but it found 230 instances of "oxygen tank".

Also note that google doesn't crawl every page immediately on its being
published. This document could well be in the backlog for crawling.
Depending on links, refences, keywords, etc, some other search engine
may actually have crawled it before google gets there.
