It's cold out here at 1 AU from the Sun.

Without a greenhouse effect, Earth's black-body
temperature would be subzero centigrade.

Ditto for other objects, especially without
atmosphere, and especially (as Apollo) with
high albedo.

Why did you think it would be otherwise?
