Son, I'll take NASA and other space agencies, JPL and their counterparts in
Europe and Russia, every university astronomy department, AND the entire Astronaut corps
(current and retired) any day over some delusion that Venus is some tropical paradise.
A spacesuit won't work-atmospheric pressure crushes space probes, let alone suits, then
you're baked by the heat (avg surface temp is 855 degrees F), and the CO2 atmpsphere
dry-cleans your insides. Chances of life: ZERO. Ask any astronomer or planetary scientist-
you'll get the same answer. And what's your fixation with Sirius anyway? Seen "V" too
many times? (The lizards in V came from Sirius in the TV show and miniseries) If you want to keep claiming the space program is a hoax, go ahead. The meek (like you) can have the
earth. The rest of us are going to the Moon, Mars, and beyond. Count on it. Oh, and one
last word: PLONK.
