it's a fact that the century we live in on the moment started 1 jan
2001. When that's how the calendar works it has to be that the 60's ran
from 1961 till and included 1970. I was often frustrated with people
who thought the century began in the year 2000. But after some
explaining everybody understanded it. Compare it with the fact we begin
with the first of january every year. Because the first of january is
only completed after 24 hours. So than you have to start with 0 january
at 0:00.
