There were several iterations of Jarvis, and EA only shows the first one.

The problem was the engines. Hughes really wanted to use the F-1 and J-2;
if (dim) memory serves, they assumed that they could buy the ones in NASA
dead storage as a way of getting started and establishing a revenue stream
that would justify a production restart. But NASA wasn't cooperating.

After it became clear that the original scheme just wasn't going to work,
there was a lot of tinkering with alternatives, including ideas about very
large RL10 clusters.

The final version -- more Boeing than Hughes -- used shuttle SRBs and
SSMEs, with the latter recoverable.
