Maybe it is! Just another disinformation campaign. I'm sure really the money
was spent on an orbital bombardment system, and when some target is destroyed
they say they used the stealth figher. Or they really use the HAARP with low
frequency waves bouncing from the ionosphere (all radio operators know this) and
concentrating on one point on the ground somewhere on the other side of the Earth.
