You are talking about the pdf downloads? I don't know why there would
be any problem---they look fine when I read them with Acrobat, nor have
there been any complaints from anyone else who has downloaded them. And
the books print from the files perfectly.

I'm not at all sure what you mean by a "horrible mess"...could you be
more explicit? That would help. If I had some idea what you were
seeing, there might be something I could do.

I could, for instance, send you the pdf files directly, but it would be
pointless if you were to still have problems with them.
