That's one of the early Titan II test flights from 1962.

What made Titan II interesting is that we used a technique that the Soviets came up with (unless one counts Aerobee).
Igniting the second stage prior to first stage shutdown and letting its exhaust vent out of the interstage structure to remove the need for ullage engines on the second stage to keep the propellants seated during stage start-up (which is the reason all those Korolev-designed Soviet rockets have that truss structure joining their stages).
