DC-X/Y tail-heavy?

Was the DC-Y intended to be tail-heavy upon atmospheric entry? I'm wondering
what problems of weight and balance the design had to contend with during
it's nose-first entry. IIRC, it was to carry LOX in a tank near the nose, a
payload near the middle and LH2 in a big tank below that. Would there have
been enough LOX onboard to balance the mass of the afterbody (engines,
thrust structure, landing gear, etc)?
