It's mostly a difference in culture.

Sure I do. You have to go back to Viet-nam to get larger casualty
rates. And if you go back to Korea or WWII, the number are absolutely
astounding, and we are only at a fraction.

So, your point is practically moot.

I think you overstate the training accidents somewhat.
