That's a very good little article, and I agree with him; Apollo 1 should
be on display at the Cape - not necessarily to the general public, but
somewhere where everyone working there sees it on the way in, because that
will indeed up safety consciousness.

I'd like to see the hatch from Apollo 1, the piece of the Challenger
fuselage with the name and part of the flag, and some piece of Columbia (I'm
not certain what, since I haven't seen good pictures of the debris), all on
permanent display at NASM.

You have a good point as well.
