They didn't "learn" how to do it. Those weapons are probably being
supplied by Tehran.
Or possibly not. It's not like crude shaped charges are *hard* to make.
Nope, not at all. They've been used for awhile now by Palestinians and used
last summer against Israeli armor in their little tussle with the forces in
Lebanon. Of course, in Rand's World, I'm sure those came from Iran too. :-/
