Well, I've watched the movie "Capricorn One" as a kid, and since then
I've been thinking a lot about the Moon missions.

Personally, I don't think they have been totally faked, but at least
in part maybe they have. I mean, there are many clues around that make
you consider that we weren't told everything about it.

Too many shadows....

"Setec Astronomy" Ok, little joke.

Truth is, there aren't two many shadows. Just many people that mistake the
idea that an airless moon will have exactly uniform shadows.

Hills, bumps, uneven ground, etc. can cause shadows to appear to be cast at
different angles, directions, etc.

Secondly, you have TWO fairly bright sources of light (albeit it one pretty
much constantly at Noon :-)

In addition, you have a lot of reflections off of the EVA suits and the LM
which also causes light to be scattered.
