No kidding. At the time, many nations, and even amateurs, tracked and
listened to the transmissions of the Apollo spacecraft. Faking *that* would
have been a monumental task. You'd have to send an unmanned communications
satellite to the moon and back to fake the radio and TV transmissions as
well as sending an unmanned lunar lander to stick laser retro-reflectors on
the surface. In other words, you'd have to send an unmanned Apollo CSM and
LEM. It doesn't really make sense.

If the US had the technology to fake the landings in a way that was *truly*
believable to everyone watching, then the US also had the technology to
actually stick people on the surface of the moon. In this case, you've got
to go with the simpler explanation, which is we really did land men on the
moon six times.

And if the US were ALREADY on the Moon in the late 40's? And if there
are fucking bases over there since the 50's? I said IF!
