Looks like a nearly-polar orbit launching from...what, northern
Louisiana? Kentucky? Arkansas, maybe?

Looks too far East to be Arkansas. If it isn't Northern Louisiana it
might be Western Tennesee or SouthWestern Kentucky. Perhaps they were
launched with a mixure of LOX and Moonshine...
