Thanks for the better idea of our not using this Usenet cesspool,
although it's a good idea on our part of keeping the public involved
with whatever we're accomplishing because, if either of us ends up
missing in action or dead, there's going to be a few pesky questions
floating around.
BTW there's other than ADOBE.http://photocleaner.com/
PhotoCleaner.com for $25 is actually a hard one to pass up. It'll
never be ADOBE PhotoShop, but for most of us we'll never need or
otherwise utilize 99% of anything that's so freaking ADOBE overkill.
Even PhotoCleaner's free trial version is rather nifty.
There's other digital photo stuff that's in between PhotoCleaner and
ADOBE's "Red Pill" (CS3 10), some of which is actually as good as but
often more user friendly than most anything ADOBE. At most you'll
have to convert the GFI format into the open source of the JPEG format
that works with every known software alternative (there's no loss or
distortion of image data by having to do this).
