Based on the small kick the Shuttle's OMS pods give it to do its OC maneuver despite the mass of the vehicle, it shouldn't take much; the OMS-2 burn on STS-41C lasted 122 seconds and changed the orbiter's velocity by 160.5 fps:

The Moon shell's velocity change shouldn't have to be very large, particularly given the low velocity needed to orbit the Moon.
Just guessing, around 1/5 to 1/6 that, or around 26-30 fps.
