This fits very neatly to the observed facts; respertory symtems on those that approached the crater, flaming object falling from sky, big crater with metal debris around it.
It's no wonder that they are getting skin lesions if they are handling debris with RFNA on it.
Peru must have test fired one and it didn't come down where it was supposed to.
