At my request, the IIT Contrails project, which is creating online PDFs of
U.S. Air Force R&D Documents, has just been kind enough to scan in this
report: "X-20A Full-Pressure Suit Quantitative Performance," Report Number
AMRL TDR 64-36.
It was written by J. D. Bowen of the Aerospace Medical Research Lab at
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
If you're curious about the suit intended for Dyna-Soar, see
<http://www.gl.iit.edu/wadc/DigitalCollection/1964/AMRLTDR64-036.pdf>
for the report.

There's all kinds of interesting stuff there.
