Is Dennis the Menace really an alien droid?

Did the aliens take him aboard and perform mind control experiments?

Did the aliens replace his brain with a (defective) computer chip?
There were a lot of sighting of the triangular thing at the time, the Belgian Air Force actually chased it once.
Speculation is that it's something classified built by some government here on Earth, not a alien spaceship.
