At public expense and at the ongoing collateral damage and carnage of
the mostly innocent seems to beg for a little honesty, so that the
same old mistakes or those dastardly intentional actions of others
will not be repeated over and over as though the past never existed,
and/or the consequences for the present and future is of no concern of
anyone not getting otherwise paid to keep their mouth shut.
