Not *necessarily.* If the bombs are clean enough, few enough, and the
water flow rate is high enough, the contaminated sludge could be
washed out in relatively short order. If the nukes are used to simply
break up a mountain, the resultant rubble could be cleared away,
leaving effectively *no* contamination.
Still, that ain't gonna fly today.
