what exactly do you want to do. do you mean you want to design a scale model of the solar system, by inputing the size of a particular orbit? and scaling everything accordingly. that is easy to do in Excel and i did it once, but can no longer find it. I was thinking of making a solar system model with my daughter, but the problem is you cant easily make a scale model of the solar system because the distance of the orbits is so large compared to the size of the planets it is like having golf balls placed miles apart. There are a few such models around the world though where the planets and the orbit distances are to scale.
where you can vary the scale size , just let me know, I would be happy
to whip one up again.
