A: Not necessarily. What condition will the pilot be in at that point
in the flight? What level of control will he really have?
B: Adding a pilot means deleting a warhead. Lobbing an ICBM across the
Atlantic packing one ton of high explosive is lame-ass enough, but
lobbing an *empty* ICBM across the ocean would be damn near a joke.
