I still like "Royal Space Force: The Wings of Honneamise".  It's a great
alternate history story of the first manned space flight.


two recent series that are of interest are ''rocket girls'' and ''oh,
edo rocket''. one a fairly 'realistic' treatment, the other one not so
much
