Not bad! That's a 'keeper' idea if there ever was one. Does the
water need any purification (to get rid of silver or other
substances?)
I was wondering about that myself; silver oxide should be in the water
derived from this source, so that needs to be looked into regarding its
toxicity.
Silver is often used as a mild antibiotic in water and totally
non-toxic. Don't know about silver oxide, though.
Handling large quantaties of H2O2 over a long time with aging equipment
is not without danger, though. And getting rid of the steam heat to
condense the water may be a challenge, too.

Nothing about stored energy is ever without risk. h2o2 is simply
another way of having stored energy in the form of a liquid that's far
easier to cope with then LH2 and LOx.
