These proposals, Alan, can be routed by the Government through Environmental
Protection Administration grants. Besides creating a profit for private
industry (which can be taxed), it serves to purify the American environment,
thus having an overall beneficial effect. Also -- when the Arabs see what is
going on, they will be petrified in not having America or Europe over the
proverbial barrel. Thus, both major parties should join forces in active
promotion of TDP.
