sci.space.moderated is moderated with a white list. So once
you are on the white list you can have discussions without
the moderation slowing it down. Unfortunately the traffic
is low.
I do agree that the moderation slowdown in s.s.tech and s.s.science
does make people think a little more before posting. The quality
of the discussions there is quite good.
