Truer words were never spoken - never mind that the rest of the article
has a lot of hot air. The ISS is an embarrassment, a fiasco, and
a quagmire. There is no exit strategy. The "plan" to have 28 shuttle
flights before the shuttle is retired in 2010 is at best wishful thinking.
NASA and Washington are limping along with the shuttle and the station
just to save face.
