Because I think it will limit the ability to get enough people for the
"Space Development" you talk about.

Right... incoherent and yet you grasped the point. Amazing!
just as, at some point, they did for airlines.

The important thing is that that point is nowhere near the beginning.
There's a really important difference and it's just one of the flaws in
space tourism development model.
