You'll have to take that up with Scott, then. I'm an agnostic on that
issue. I'm sure that some regions will be better, and some worse. I
wouldn't care to predict the net planetary impact.

Of course not. I don't know what they'll be. And neither do you. I
do know that we'll be in a better position to deal with them if we're
wealthier than if we're poorer.
