We have to live in the real world when trying to predict
the future. What if...what if....what if?

What if Musharaf in Pakistan falls and the Taliban gains
control of those nukes? What if Iran goes off the deep
end and tests a nuke? Prompting an Israeli strike with
the bunker-buster bombs we ...just...sold them?

What if Taiwan announces independence and suddenly
China wants to invade?

How long would Congress take to respond to such an
emergency and impose a draft? About a NY minute
would be ....how long.

If not for Iraq we could handle such a crisis, but we're
vulnerable for a few years and a draft is the way out
of that spot.
