A simple revote one week later. Heck if they can oust the CA govenor and
hold a special election to vote in a new one, then we could have a special
election in the face of a tie as we did in FLA. Most votes wins the state.
No recount of the 2nd vote and no BS with chads, butterfly ballots or who
votes and does not. THAT would have been fair and THAT would have had Gore
the winner.
