Are you saying that today's deficits are not the highest ever? And the
surplus from the late 90s to today's deficits are NOT the largest
percentage swing WRT government revenue in any similar time period?

Before going ad hominem, which is why you will NEVER be taken seriously on
a large stage, you'd be better off to check your facts and keep your ego
in check.
