Well, it's easy to win. Start investing real amounts of money in oil
alternatives. If oil is used only in chemical industry any more, the rich
muslim countries will collapse and either go with the rest of the world or
become developing countries again.
If you look at muslim countries you'll see that those who are forced
to rely on western tourists/money do a lot more against terrorism than
those who aren't. So, I think the next big thing in the short term would be
to develop a tourist industry in Libya or Algeria. Those are pretty poor
countries so a million tourists make a real difference. And then, after the
next attack, a million less tourists shows them where they get their money
from and then you get the local population on the anti-terror side which is
much more efficient than a bunch of satellites or tanks.

Ok and the israel thingie (achieved). And the oil (going to be achieved). But I
think that came from his advisors, not from him himself.
