Let's hope you are right. The jury is still out on that one.
Still with oil production no longer keeping up with demand I smell trouble
brewing...
With India and China wanting to step into the ranks of industrial states
there just dosn't seem to be enough to go around.

It is fine to talk about a hydrogen economy, but is it really a
alternative?
Last I checked you had to put more energy into production of hydrogen than
you get out. Then there is the problem of storage etc. etc.
We risk being run over before we have the time to adapt..
(There is still plenty of coal..)
Just my two cents.

I do think our best bet is to try to balance things here on earth first.
