  There is only one benevolent solution. The timelessly usual one, as usual.
A space frontier. Every other solution tried will simply heap complexity
into the problem, as any politician, bureaucrat, or scientist paid by
government, will always be glad to inform one and all. "The problem is so
complex" (the solution is so complex). "The problem is too complex" (the
solution is too complex). The problems, and the solutions, run into one
another creating many fold more problems, needing many fold more government
solutions (needing many fold more government bureaucrats in our lives and
wallets).
