Then why did he waste his time coming here in the first place? If he can't
tell us about his invention then we really can't help him can we? Plus he
does not want to patent his idea because he is worried that people in other
countries will steal it. No matter what you suggest he wants to keep his
idea a secret, so how is it ever going to get done?

Ok, I went back and read the entire thread, Summers faces a major problem, he
has an idea that he thinks can reduce orbital access to very low costs, but
the up front investment is in the 100's of millions of dollars. However, he
does not want to show his idea to anyone in fear it be stolen. Maybe he
needs to look at NDA's but I still think he can't not open up.
