Yes, it is, which is a pity, since the investigation is a clear waste of
time and is basically going to do nothign more than get more US soldiers
dead.

Nobody except left-wing pundits believe this Marine did anything immoral
or illegal. Hell, even *The Guardian* published an editorial sayign as much.
