As a follow-up question: What is a maximum reasonable investment for
practically zero incremental orbital access cost?
My estimate at this point is about $50B. To pay the interest on a
$50B loan, you would need a $5B/yr revenue stream. That appears to be
close to current global launch revenue (about $1.5B?), and so a price
point should be possible that would yield $5B/yr.
Any thoughts?
