This is sort of what I had thought when I started this thread - an
orbital launch system would be a hard sell. Personally, I think that
before a mega-system can be created to dramatically lower the cost of
orbital launches, RLVs will have to pave the way and prove that a
market exists.

I wonder how far away we are from the business side making sense.
